About a year ago, I began a project in Uganda with a simple but powerful vision - to teach mothers the Feldenkrais Method so they could support their children’s development with their own hands, hearts, and instincts.
During my first visit, something unexpected happened: my tour guide, Margie Willhope, became deeply interested in learning the method herself. Since then, we have continued working together - both in person and online - and Margie has grown into a dedicated and talented therapist.
Margie now works intensively with several children in her town, achieving beautiful results.
At the same time, I continue to guide and teach the mothers directly, helping them learn how to work with their own children using touch, movement, and awareness.
Today, all five mothers are practicing daily with their children and witnessing inspiring progress - physically, emotionally, and socially.
